How to be a Good Sibling
The fist step to being a good sibling is to get your brother or sister to trust you, now if your sibling is older it will be tricky, but if your sibling is younger you’re in luck. The thing that works best is by making deals... and keeping them, e.g. you could say, “If you let me watch TV then i’ll make you a milo, and also you can use the computer until i’m done”. Now if you keep your promise then your younger sibling will trust you next time you make a deal!
The second step is to be fair, you can be fair e.g. if they played with you when you asked them, then play with them when they ask you. Then they will know you’re a very fair older or younger sibling and it will give you a good feeling deep down inside.

This is all about Jess's character from the book 'Bridge to Terabithia' and he wasn't that fond of his two older sisters Ally and Brenda, or his youngest sister Joyce Ann
.The sister he liked the most is older than Joyce Ann, (who was just a baby) but younger than himself (Jess was 10) her name was Maybelle she was only 6 but she loved Jess.
I have written and posted this because I don't like how people favore other people for only one or two little reasons, so since I have written this nobody has any excuse not to be a good sibling!
Enjoy- Ashleigh
Great advice Ashleigh!
Hi Ashleigh looks like you have been listening carefully to the story and noticed how to take it to the next step good job.
Great work, Ashleigh. Thank you for sharing! We all learnt the meaning of sibling today!
Here are some ways we in Room 5 like to be nice to our siblings. SC in Room 5 like to be nice to his older brother by playing nicely with him. ANH lies to share his toys with his brother. XW likes to look after his baby sister by cuddling her.
